Tragedy hit one family exceptionally hard in the Ethiopian Airlines crash March 9, 2019.

A total of 5 members of John Quindos Karanja family from Nakuru, Kenya, died in the accident that affected 3 generations of their family.

According to CNN, Carol Karanja was returning to Kenya from Canada. She was accompanied by her mother, who had been visiting her in Canada for several months, and her 3 children who were visiting Kenya for the first time.

CNN reports, Carol has a premonition that something bad would happen and she shared her feelings with her sister.

“My heart isn’t really excited. I feel like there’s something bad ahead, but I don’t know what,” Carol Karanja said in her WhatsApp message to her sister.

Her sister Kelly, worried about the premonition, but told her older sister to pray about it and let her know the moment they landed in Kenya. They never did.
