Mechanical Bull at Rdu Sends a Message to Mask-up

Bovine Masking

Mechanical bovine complies with the mask mandate

Travelers at North Carolina’s Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) might have many problems, but catching Covid from a sneezing mechanical bull-were that possible, is not one of them.

With masking and vaccines becoming a controversial topic, Whisky River bar and restaurant at RDU has found a willing horned spokesperson to silently send out an unmistakable visual message for travelers to mask up and prevent the spread of Covid-19.

However, the mechanical bull-riding machine does not need to do too much convincing because masking is already mandated at all US airports, including RDU.

Despite the message from the friendly unassuming bovine and constant reminders from the airport’s PA systems, a few people still walked around the airport wearing their masks under the nose and on their chins.

Maybe the bull should consider walking around the airport with a whip.

Regardless of the assist from the Fed, chalk up (almost) 100 percent compliance success for the bull.

The CDC recommends masking as an effective way of stopping the spread of Covid-19.
